What does it cost?
A fixed monthly retainer sized to your store and the work involved. Some engagements include a performance element, agreed in writing. The audit is free, and you’ll see the scope and fee before committing.
What happens in the free audit?
We start with your storefront and what you want the channel to do. With your permission, we review your Klaviyo flows, campaigns and reports using read-only access. You get a written teardown with three priorities. Any estimates show their assumptions; they’re not a promise of revenue. See everything the audit covers.
How quickly can we get started?
Our target is five working days from complete access, brand assets and your approvals to the first flows going live. A migration or a more involved setup can take longer; we’ll agree the timeline after the audit.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify and Shopify Plus, with Klaviyo as our main email and SMS platform. If you use Omnisend, we’ll review your setup and agree the scope before recommending a migration. How a migration works.
What do you need from us?
Account access, brand assets and someone to approve strategy and copy. Where needed, you approve the Shopify integration and add sending-domain DNS records. We manage delivery and stay in touch through Slack or email.
Do we keep our accounts and our data?
Yes. Your Shopify and Klaviyo accounts stay yours, including your list, templates and flows. We agree access and data handling in the service agreement, and remove our access when the engagement ends.
